How could this item take OVER A MONTH to fly from the USA???????
My question is where the hell has it been all this time?
If it has only just arrived at Langley, then where was it before then for a month. I've been worried sick with no response on the RM tracking. USPS saying it's in the UK and RM saying it's in the US. If I finally receive it I'm going to lodge a formal complaint about the stress caused by my parcel being in no mans land with no-one willing to take accountability for over a month. In the meantime I've been on the phone for hours, even to the US to find out what the hell is going on. And now I'll probably have to wait even longer until it comes out of customs. Even my parcels from China have come before this one. What the hell is going on?

Where the hell has it been all this time???
I am personally in the same boat with an item posted from abroad, posted and tracked leaving on the 20th April, that has not 'arrived' I can only imagine due to coronovirus the staffing at customs has been impeded ( as has everywhere else) all we can do is wait I suppose

A global pandemic costing hundreds of thousands of lives.What the hell is going on?
Other than that it was probably held up in customs either in the US or UK or both.

This gives me hope. Mine left USA on May 14th and I've heard nothing since. So not even sure it's in the UK. I'm trying to be patient as I know they're struggling with the pandemic going on.
