A CAR has entered a well-used footpath after a crash near to the Royal Mail sorting office.
It is believed the crash, which took place at around 1.50pm today (April 16), involved one person.
The car has left the car park of the sorting office, and entered onto Chip Lane, a footpath which runs from the sorting office and other businesses in the area, to the Elms Parade car park, opposite North Town School.

A Royal Mail spokesperson said: “This afternoon a customer was in a collision while leaving the Taunton Delivery Office.
"Two of our managers came to their aid very quickly.
"They were able to help the customer safely out of their car and provide reassurance.
"No one was injured in the incident.”
