Hi there,
I bought two identical items to be delivered to two neighbours, living 5 doors apart from each other.
Both were sent RM 24h, one arrived 10am Wednesday, and the other hasn’t yet arrived and is saying at Jubilee MC since Tuesday evening. Do you think the item is lost? No customer service available this weekend to try and find it.

Lost - I wouldn't think so.

As I have said on other posts we have lots of posties absent and backlogs are now getting bigger. The system cannot cope and though we are trying our best Covid19 is hitting Royal Mail quite badly at the moment. All I can suggest is to be patient, they should turn up eventually.

We aren't Royal Mail nd we say this one every page.

however, my answer just about your post applies to yours just as much.

Hey guys,

I have this issue as well. Got to Jubilee MC 24 hours ago and was told it would be out for delivery today and got nothing. Would be good to have some estimates of these things.

Can't vouch for Royal Mail, as I live in France. But with the current Corona-situation we all need to be a little more patient that normal. And as long as your shipment is not international and concerns standard consumer products bought from a shop, I don't think there's too much reason to worry - unless it's something you really need. Over here a next-day delivery took about 1.5 weeks to come through. However, as there was no rush for me to receive the product and the company I bought it from could easily send me a replacement or reimbursement if the parcel would go missing, I didn't feel the need to worry too much. Eventually it came through anyway.

I mean, under current conditions we should be appreciative that the brave postmen and -women who deliver our mail are still doing as best they can. Not saying your situation is going to be the same as mine, but patience will get you there. It's just a big mess all over the place right now.

Hi, I posted an item on Tuesday just realised it has the wrong address on it as I didn't double check the address it was going to only to realise yesterday and tried ringing royal mail but couldn't get any answer so I was wondering if you could send it back to the return address so I can change the address to the correct address please I will pay for the return postage the item number for it is TN031959367GB thank you, if feel so embarrassed about this I just don't want the wrong person to get it and then I get in trouble with the buyer oops but that's if you do have the item.

Your item was received yesterday at jubilee yesterday, which means today or maybe tomorrow it will be at the delivery office of your incorrect address getting ready to be delivered. It may be worth calling that delivery office tomorrow morning with your item details to see if the v an intercept it for you. Eg if you posted to sw19 it will be Wimbledon delivery office etc then google the telephone number
