evening guys and gals, just joined the site, looking forward to reading all the topics, ive been a postman now for nearly 19 years, and i think the time is right to find another job, any one else agree.

thanks, i can honestly say, when i first joined royal mail, i really used to enjoy my job, but over the years in our office, we have been bullied by managers, who dont give a stuff about you, to them your just a number.

wiggers. Although I think the deal is a bad one I am going to stay and try to make it as good as I can for me. The good bit of this job is once your out and about but when they start tracking us, it could change.
