I voted No to the deal but in a way I hope they do send me to a DO 25 miles away. Why are you mad I hear you say:steve050867 wrote:to those who voted yes to the loss of jobs the detruction of hard earned rights to being told that you can go and work in an office 25 mile down the road I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES
The agreement says and AL and AC have said publicly.
You will only do jobs on which you are trained. So they will have to train me on the walk.
Travelling time will be included in duty time.
So by the time I get there, and throw off the walk it will be close to gozome time. Of course I am being very naive beliveing the RM mangers will stick to the agreement, but I will do my best to make sure they do with me.

That's absolutely correct , there's ways of playing that regimented dumb culture.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:I voted No to the deal but in a way I hope they do send me to a DO 25 miles away. Remember the case at Watford sending a 8 month pregnant woman from a MC with no training out on a round , nearly crashed the car and lost the baby .That was big of the bullying screw ? breaking miltancy in such a jackbooted manner .
Result -Caring Royal Braindead got a shafting in the papers , couldn't happen to nicer people eh ?
I'd have loved to see RM's dodgy Employment Solictors who'd try and get David Blunkett a driving licence justify that in a ET . It would be even more fun to see a screw wriggling out of that one . The EOC would have eaten Royal Fail alive , so much for best practice .LOL
