just joined this site looking forward to seeing everyones reaction to the awful yes vote in the ballot as can`t understand why anyone would or could have voted yes makes the mind boggle

think its time for the whole postal service to walk out in protest at this deal being voted in well apart from the 36% who didn`t vote to have a say in their futures and pay and the 64% of the remainder who must be up their managers backsides taking all his lies onboard its a dark day for royal mail employees six months down the road we`re deep into s#*t creek and no sign of a paddle anywhere

PERSONALLY I THINK YOU WILL BE PROVEN WRONG AFTER DEAL WAS GIVEN OUT SIX/SEVEN WEEKS AGO STATING THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE TO SAT START FINISH TIMES MANAGEMENT IN THE NORTHERN IRELAND MAIL CENTRE IMMEDIATELY WENT AHEAD WITH LATER FINISH TIMES FOR WEEKEND WORKERS CHANGING THEIR FINISH TIMES FROM SIX PM TO EIGHT THIRTY PM AND THIS WAS BEFORE A YES VOTE TO GIVE THEM A GREEN LIGHT TO BRING THESE CHANGES IN ONLY FOR THE FACT THE MAIL CENTER WALKED OUT IN SUPPORT OF THE WEEKEND SHIFT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT IN ALREADY I ONLY SEE DARK TIMES AHEAD FOR US ALL LONG/SHORTS FLEXIBLE WORKING SUMMER STAFFING WORKING SHORTER HOURS AND MAKING IT UP AT BUSY TIMES IE CHRISTMAS AND THE PROSPECT OF NO PAY RISE NEXT YEAR AS I CANT SEE ALL THIS CRAP BEING AGREED AND THEREFORE NO PAYRISE AWARDED BECAUSE THE CWU HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CHANGES THANK YOU DAVE WARD YOU SOLD US DOWN THE RIVER
