As ever this company continues to confirm how incompetent the managers who run this company are,some weeks ago asked the boss where the hand sanitizer was for the office,or individuals?havnt got any can’t afford it was his reply,and a laughable reply at that,and yesterday some 4+weeks in to it being in the uk,we finally get a briefing note on what we should be doing on deliveries,as we don’t come into contact with many people I guess they’re not too concerned??? Once again miss management at its finest,they never fail to disappoint in everything and anything they do in,leadership,and expert guidance that we all hope we would get,mmmmm oh well stay safe my valuable colleagues.

It's now XP1...easier to type on the pda?

Thought the XP1 had to be written in the Signature box (if you've still got a stylus attached) because after you've pressed proceed the
keyboard is not available:

4. Input the customer’s name as normal and press proceed. When the signature box appears, input “XP1” but do not press done until the customer picks up the parcel.

I think centrally royal mail cannot get supplies of hand sanitiser etc or only limited supplies. Offices should be buying their own locally if they can find any and claiming it back as an expense
