My item is in Langley HWDC for more than 10 days

Hello,
My parcel which was sent on the 28th December to Greece is still in Langley HWDC since 29th... it is prepared to be despatch overseas for more than 10 days. Nevertheless, another parcel which was sent the same day it has already arrived.

There is no phone number and I have no idea what I have to do for my parcel to finally arrive to my nefew in Greece.... although Christmas is gone!!!!
Such a bad delivery experience!

There isn’t enough information in your post to allow us to help. Could you start by telling us the contents of the package that got held up?

It is a pair of shoes- boots that were sent by royal mail from Rye to Greece on the 28th December. 2 parcels were sent the same day to the same person. One of them has already been delivered a few days ago. The other one is stuck in Langley HWDC as I can see on the online tracking system... If you need more info please ask me.

Could you please copy and paste the tracking information or the tracking number into the thread?

I'm having the same issue, the content is a perfume 100ml to Morocco, another parcel which contains shoes arrived well and no issues at all i don't understand

This is because it is against the law to send perfume in the international mail.

Hello, my item was sent from China and has been at Langley since 29th June (over three weeks). The company that sent the parcel say I need to contact the local post office where it has arrived. Do you know how I do that?

3 weeks isn't unheard of because of the impact of Covid on Customs.

There is no way to contact HWDC.

4 weeks seems about the average when they decide to investigate a batch or particular parcel. Just to advise similar advice has been posted nearly daily in the Customer forum, it might be worth reading through them to get a fair picture of whats happening.
