Hi All,
Hope you are enjoying the run up to Christmas with RMG this year!
I have been off long term with a variety of mental health issues and have now been told that IHR will be offered, which was discussed and "agreed" in an OH interview. I am just wanting to be as prepared as possible before walking into the meeting with management which is the reason for this thread.
I know there are a few IHR threads floating around and I have read these so am aware that the agreed "allowance" with unions is 34 weeks + PILON + outstanding A/L. Though I am partly curious as to whether responsibility payments and night allowance are factored in as these do contribute to my "normal wages". I know overtime and bonuses are not factored in.
My question relates to an upcoming IHR meeting to discuss what the business has agreed my lump sum should be. Now, having been involved in Management meetings before I have witnessed the managers being a little less than ethical about what they have offered employees for a variety of reasons.. My question is, has anyone been offered a sum lower than expected and were you given the opportunity to refuse the "initial" sum? If people have experienced that they are "fair" and in line with the agreement then I can walk in knowing an approximate figure to expect.
Many thanks in advance.

Variation on an IHR Question
It’s exactly as you thought it was but it’s basic pay no night allowances etc the only thing you could possibly query is how much a/l you are owed
