'That' was the reason Royal Mail took them to court.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

True. If it wasn't for the CWU we wouldn't even have the "groundbreaking" 4 Pillars Agreement that RM do not have to stick to.scoobymunster wrote:Royal Mail wins againThe Union may have its faults, but without it, we'd be in a lot worse! Hard to see any way forward from this.

Social media has a lot to answer for.
Why record yourself voting!
Ffs. Those who did that have f####d not only themselves but the rest of the posties who voted Yes.
It's NOT the fault of our union leaders, they do their best with what they've got. We all know who and where this happened, so thanks.
Those who posted themselves online voting, enjoy working in the Gig economy, that's where Royal Mail, under RICO is heading.
I've a couple more years in me, then I'm out.
Good Luck

Nah, not having it, we've been shafted good style by the powers that be on the flimsiest of indiscretions and it stinks. There's dark forces at work here, its seemingly ok for the Tory Party to flood Facebook with anti Corbyn propaganda in the guise of independent grassroots activism. One rule for the elite, different rules for the ordinary man.LouBarlow wrote:Nope. What the judge has said is correct - "This was an interference that was accurately described as improper. Strike ballots should be postal ballots. Each voter should receive a voting paper at home.Gasman11 wrote:No they didnt, they told everyone to vote, whether that be yes or no, make sure you vote. How is that unfairly influencing the outcome, this is an establishment stitch up.LouBarlow wrote:Blame the establishment. The union f****d it up....again.
"What CWU did was a form of subversion of the ballot process. It was an interference with voting."
There can be no arguing the case if this has been proven. And it has. I cant even see the union appealing now as they know it is pointless and costly.
