Hi everyone.
Just a quick intro...
I joined up to get a bit of inside info on the current royal mail issues. I'm hoping to find out if there are any major delays in the network, and what it's like to work for the company. I am considering working during the christmas period as a delivery person for some extra cash. Early starts fit in with my routine and the idea I can work hard and get off early as a reward appeals to me.
I'll have a good look around the message board to find the answers to these questions, so don't feel obligated to reply (though any response is most welcome). I feel great empathy for Royal Mail workers, as I've worked for a company in the past that made drastic changes in work ethics and job rolls, and a massive breach developed between managers and workers, which never really healed.
Wishing you all well,
Emma
