I agree a stupid maneuver on the part of the RM driver in the first place. Did look like an area with limited places to over take though. Cyclists are no angels though nowadays either with a lot of the 'lycra brigade' thinking they in the tour de France most of the time. The worst scenario is when they are in groups three a breast travelling not that fast deep in conversation and ignoring all the traffic behind them. The cyclist in this video didn't seem to be checking for other traffic at road junctions either.

Guessing you don't ride a bike if you think that's funny. That royal mail driver is a total arse. There's no excuse for driving like that. Looked like he was doing a tad over 20mph in what looked like a 20 zone. They need to change their habits before they kill someone.

How do you know who or what in the video I found to be funny? Did I specifically point it out?

That video looks fake. All acted out.

Even if it's real the RM driver did nothing wrong with the overtake, the cyclist was being an idiot not moving to the left side of the road, he was almost staying in the centre of the road once past the parked cars.

seems like a guy looking for trouble to me, the fact that hes filming his trip in the 1st place then the title of his video suggests prima-donna, check out his other videos, hes some cycling vigilante with nothing better to cheer his sad little life up than blowing up small incidents into huge ordeals. Was it the best manoeuvre by the postie driving ? no. Did it get anywhere close to forcing the person off their bike or crashing into parked cars ? no. Is it worthy of losing your job or "jail time" ? of course not.

barbyonabike ? more like b*****onabike ... I`ll let you fill in the gaps

Centre of the road or centre of the lane? If you think that sort of driving is acceptable, then you should be taken off the road. Would you be happy if you have kids or a wife that rides a bike and they have to share the roads with idiots like him ,or by your admission, you?

No doubt roads are dangerous and I think being a cyclist on the roads is a huge risk to take, especially in London. Roads are generally not made for cyclists.

The overtake clearly shows the Postie leaving 5 feet of space. It's plenty of room. I mean how many more feet do you think should be left. Just pause the video several times during the overtake, the space that cyclist has....you could fit an Elephant in it.

Are you not legally meant to give the same amount of room for overtaking a car? The driver probably should of at least waited until passed the island to overtake

It was the location of the road island that made the maneuver look a bit unsafe. Sometimes cyclists are a right pain but I personally wouldn't have overtook the cyclist there.
