Am I right in saying that Capita are dealing with all pension enquiries ?

No. They're dealing with deferred members with all their pension entitlement before 31st March 2012.

The plan is that everyone with pension built up before that date will come under Capita, including dual members(those with both RMSPS & RMPP benefits):

Good God Capita! - Most useless inefficient asset striping top heavy send everything to an office India company. Oh on second thoughts they mirror RM. Look at their share performance over the previous years, worth 10% of the price 5 years ago.

In Capita's defence,they did an excellent job of processing my Pension application.

The paperwork was earlier than they said it would be, the lump sum arrived on time and my first monthly payment has just gone in.

The only negative I could find was that the paperwork failed to ask for any identification, fortunately I spotted it, contacted them and sent it.

Yet again pension not paid on time.
It has been a pattern since capita took over.

I expect there will be a payment in the next few days together with yet another wire charge.

Capita has proved to be totally incompetent.

The cabinet office who awarded capita the contract should revoke it immediately.
