how can I buy shares from my salary weekly?

hi guys been a postie just over a year now, how do I go about this? I assume we buy at market price from gross salary before tax then after 5 years can sell tax free? cheers do I just call HR?

Im a postie for a year and two months. I got a letter through not long after my first year letting me know that i could now buy shares and i believe that had the info in the letter how to go about it, you should have received one or should get one soon about it.

Don't forget you will owe the tax man for five years for each batch bought
