I'm awaiting a pension estimate from Capita,it's nearly 2 weeks since i made contact with them and I've received nothing,has anyone experienced any difficulties in obtaining an estimate ?

Nearly two weeks? So approximately 7 to 8 working days? With respect, a pension estimate is a complex piece of work.

Apparently my details are correct but stupid me believed that when Capita told me it would take 2 weeks to arrive they really meant 15 working days !!!!
