A very unusual requirement. Hello! I have just joined up as i am currently doing a dissertation on royal mail & the current management issues they are facing; I was hoping to find some issues which affect all the ground workers (the backbone of any organisation) of royal mail.

Hopefully I can interview a few of you in the near future :Very Happy
