Get this on the Pensions scandal
Did you know Lionel Sampson (Policy advisor to Dave Ward) and Paul Kennedy (Divisional Rep Midlands) get on top of their pay £20,000 per year as Trustees of the pension fund (to attend 4 meetings a year) in fact Royal Mail changed the Trustee rules to allow Lionel to continue on as a Trustee because you were supposed to be an employee of RM to be a Trustee and he clearly no longer is. The worry is both of them are supposed to represent us on the Trustee board and yet do they want to rock the boat with RM and put the £20,000 a year at risk? How come they did not notice that big black hole in the fund before?

Plus his £30,000+ per year as a Policy advisor and the £20,000 as a Trustee. It's not such a bad lifejafferpants wrote:samson is a retired postman so he already draws his pension under the final salary scheme. nuff saidgeopip wrote:Did you know Lionel Sampson (Policy advisor to Dave Ward) and Paul Kennedy (Divisional Rep Midlands) get on top of their pay £20,000 per year as Trustees of the pension fund (to attend 4 meetings a year) in fact Royal Mail changed the Trustee rules to allow Lionel to continue on as a Trustee because you were supposed to be an employee of RM to be a Trustee and he clearly no longer is.
