My online Angard pay statement is showing no pay for the hours I worked last week. Has anyone else experienced this today?

Ask your Book Room/equivalent to church tgatvthey input your hours correctly.

Mine's OK. If you have a shift booked this week have a word with the book room if you are in early enough or ring/email payroll (via the website). Your hours have probably not been put on the electronic timesheet RM submit to Angard or all casuals at your MC haven't been paid if it didn't get sent at all.

Thanks for your answers. I phoned the book office at my Mail Centre and they assure me that my hours of work have been sent to Angard, so I don't know what the problem is. I have queried this with Angard and I am awaiting an answer from them.
