Yes - telecoms but this is an exception.

Withoubt doubt every other privatisation has been a f*****g disaster to both the customer and employee.
What about the employers ( L & C & HMG, in this case )? Well they get to ride off into the sunset, with more money than Bill Gates in their collective pockets, so that's alright then, and I'm sure you will agree, a compelling reason to hurry up and get on with privatising RM before Gordon gets voted out!

I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Mail delivery; those that can, do, those that can't, MANAGE!

I can only assume they are the modems and home hubs that we don't get any more. In fairness to both us and DHL, the addressing left a lot to be desired and I don't know who was to blame for that but the bar coding was sometimes illegible to our machines and had to be manually inserted.

I have known us to leave it in the bin at the customers request and had it taken away but NOT a tracked item - we are very very particular about DNS services as pcb will know. I have had reason to use ANC lately NOT I hasten to add at my request, they are a subsidiary of Fedex and what a fly by night organisation that is. If DHL is anything like ANC I'm not surprised things go missing.

sorry ain't read the whole thread

but no one would really use dhl or other couriers for an c4 letter what they beat royalmail at is large items, special 1pm delivery goes up to 10kg so anything over probably works out better by courier, the 9am only goes up to 2kg.

i think most people proably realise this especially in business which these services are really aimed at.
