Can anyone tell me for the rewards we get for length of service eg 5 years 10 years

More leave:

On entry = Four and a half weeks
After 5 years = Four weeks 3.5 days
After 15 years = Five weeks 1 day
After 20 years = Six weeks

Seniority on repicks.


That's it.

Though they do give you a plastic display plaque at 10, 20 and 30 years. I believe you may still get vouchers and a celebratory meal at 20 and 30 years but the vouchers are around £100 when they used to be £150.

Only 18 more months then and I get 5 weeks holiday I got a stupid paper weight thing that fell to pieces and a pin badge for my 10 year service

No vouchers at 20 anymore stopped a few years ago.. and celebratory meal is now basically soup and a sandwich.

You should have got £200 in vouchers reclaimable from various stores. I took mine from Amazon.
Take it up with your line manager - you deserve them.
