BILLY LOWE FORMER MEMBER OF THE NEC OF THE POEU AND NCU
It is with great sadness that we inform Branches that Billy Lowe former member of the NEC of the POEU and NCU lost his battle with cancer and passed away at the weekend.
Billy’s funeral will take place on 20th December at 3.45 p.m. at the West Berkshire Crematorium, Bath Road, Thatcham RG19 4LD.
The wake will take place directly after the funeral at the Castle pub, Oxford Road, Newbury RG14 3AA.
Billy was a devoted Everton fan and to celebrate the family have asked that anyone attending Billy’s funeral wear or accessorise their outfit with Royal Blue, if possible (the Everton colours).
The family has requested that no flowers be sent but if you can make a non-obligatory donation to the Rosemary Appeal (this is a local cancer charity unit) at the service.
All our thoughts are with Billy’s wife Dawn, family, close friends and colleagues at this very sad time.
