Hi could someone explain the above? I’m relatively new and this is on my wage slip. No one has spoken to me about pensions so don’t really get it all. Do RM not pay a % as well? Thanks Jacko

You've been signed up to the RM Defined Contribution Plan and are paying in the minimum amount, which is 3% of your pensionable pay. RM also pay in, which is 2%.
You can login to your account to see how much is in there, and also change where your money is invested from a range of funds.
