The fulfilment services arm of Whistl has revealed plans to extend its Rushton depot by 60,000 sq ft.
Whistl Fulfilment has also appointed Mark Elwood as commercial director as part of its expansion plans.
Managing director Lieneke Happel said the business is "firing on all cylinders" a year after its acquisition of Prism DM.
"Growing existing and winning customers; investing in the business so we can expand the range of services we can offer; bringing in new talent to take us forward as a key driver of the future growth of our parent company, Whistl," he added.
"We have an amazing team in Farnborough and Rushton and we look forward to an equally exciting and ambitious second year."
