DIRECT MAIL FIRM ACQUIRED BY EUROPEAN GIANT

A Redruth-headquartered mailing and printing company has been acquired by a European customer communications giant.

Imprimus, which also has operations in Dartford and was formerly known as Stralfors UK, will be rebranded as part of Paragon Customer Communications business in the UK.

Imprimus has an annual turnover of about £14m. Following the acquisition Paragon Group revenues are projected to pass €700m during the coming financial year.

Clients of Paragon include Volkswagen, Merseytravel, Novotel and TNT.
