Just about had enough of this crap company.
Failure after failure on IPS - one York failed yesterday became five Yorks failed today. Stacks of packets not going out, van share partnerships made up of part-timers are rarely prepped. Some p/t staff have been on full time hours for over three years, union rep is the first with the sarcastic comments and is several miles up management backsides. The chosen few on nice cushy solo duties come and go as they please, while most van shares struggle to get things done. Royal Mail view every other company as competition when no other company does what RM does - chasing every bit of business when you can't handle what you've already got is not remotely sensible.
But hey, "mail's down" so what would I know!
Royal Mail you are a shameful company.

If the rep is crap then someone needs to put their name down to be his/her replacement othwise everyone must be happy with the repfb1969 wrote:union rep is the first with the sarcastic comments and is several miles up management backsides.

That don't work if ,the area rep is crap and the divisional rep is crap, cos a good unit rep will then be isolated and swiftly taken down the conduct code for willful delay or inappropriate behaviour.SpacePhoenix wrote:If the rep is crap then someone needs to put their name down to be his/her replacement othwise everyone must be happy with the repfb1969 wrote:union rep is the first with the sarcastic comments and is several miles up management backsides.

Been a pretty standard week, after 2 weeks of "freak days" and now a week of A/L so I shan't complain too much

First day on a walk on my own I’ve never done before. The heat seemed even worst when I didn’t know where I was going!

Management can forecast with clarity the ability to lapse from here to eternity, but no-one can see a bulk posting coming with less than 12 hours till the next day's shift.
The machine stops.
