Survey from Angard

Has anyone else received an email from their consultant asking them to complete a survey about how satisfied they are with the service provided by Angard?

I could say so much, but you don’t really want to piss them off too much! But if everyone was making similar comments, they might just listen....

My primary issue at the moment is shifts being booked weeks in advance then cancelled on the day. Those of us with two jobs or who work at multiple sites have to knock back other work because we have already committed to a shift. If we were to double book ourselves (on the assumption Angard would cancel) then have to cancel on them at short notice they wouldn’t be as understanding as we are expected to be.

It's anonymous you can say what you like, be detailed and not rude.
I have used it to resend the email that keeps getting ignored.

One or two negative reviews will be ignored , but if there are a few hundred or so maybe they will start to listen.
As Mr. Postman said no need to be rude , but they need to know just how bad a job they are doing.

I no longer work for Angard, but I couldn't resist filling this in. 5 years of hell with these utter morons. One moment that sticks in my mind was me agreeing to work a shift that they'd offered me. A few hours later, my mother was rushed into hospital with a fractured skull. I phoned Angard to apologise that I would not be able to work that particular shift and explained the situation. Their response?

"If you agree to work a shift we offer you, make sure you can actually do it"

That's as compassionate as they get, sadly.

How about “If you block book me for four Lates two weeks beforehand make sure you can actually honour the bookings and not cancel every single day. Or pay us anyway.”.

Just a Mickey Mouse survey that ANYONE CAN SET UP:individuals, organizations, schoolchildren etc etc.
Results can be collected and interpreted in whatever way ANGARD wants to. A totally dysfunctional organisation with completely useless, dim witted, self-serving staff and management.

ANGARD MUST BE ABOLISHED IMMEDIATELY! POINTLESS & USELESS SURVEY. JUST A SHOW OF BEING CARING AND MINDFUL TO long suffering ANGARDEES. Enough is enough. They must be punished immediately for countless acts of malice, insincerity, unfairness and vindictiveness to zero hours employees. Take it to highest court, the EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE and fine this suspect dysfunctional organization severely now. Industrial tribunal rulings mean nothing to them.

Returned home from an Evening Shift tonight to find an email questionnaire in my Inbox.

Pratts couldn’t event get their link correct’

Are the staff really incompetent or is it deliberate?

every single casual in mail centers up and donwn the country just leave and teach them a lesson and probably will go out of business.but if we keep playing there stupid games this will go on forever THEY DON'T RESPECT US

Have filled this in today . Nice to have a rant but did it in a nice way as much as I would like to have a go. I put my main points in mainly about AWR not being on a par with the mail. door login cards use of gym same tea breaks backdated pay still no sign of that . I could say so much about what an absolute shower of shite it actually is to be a part of the institution that is the Royal Mail.

i agree they are one of the same they treat people like s**t i don't know why anybody bother with them
