What was the point of this LTB? I guess its a tick in the box about communicating to members, but really just a waste of time.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Well back pay is on the back burner then must be the change of culture in the air or is it more smoke and mirrors from the philharmonic orchestra's instruments burning into the the spring you never know these days!

I understand your feelings towards what you describe as "money grabbers" but do you also include those who are about to retire/resign(such as myself). Or do you feel that I, and others in the same situation, deserve sweet fa? Why should I not "grab" this back pay before I retire (which is now owed so long as I am still on the payroll)?

Should we not get interest on our money? Would certainly add up to quite a chunk of change that they owe us? :hmmmm
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

One week since the ballot result was announced and Royal Mail are already backsliding when it comes to honouring their side of the agreement?

Looking at this week's payslip it appears that the payrise has not been added.

There is absolutely no excuse for at least the pay rise, if not the back pay being in this weeks wages.

The pay rise wouldn't show on this weeks payslip as it is for the last week of March and therefore before the rise was in effect

This union really are, RM puppets.

If this drags on we should cancel union subs.
