Sickness through the roof in delivery already 4.5 to 6 hour spans god are they do these pillocks at the top know enough is enough!

So you want to get rid of collective agreements because some voted went against your view. Dangerous precedent to set if I am being honest.

The vote was disappointing but throwing the baby and pram out with the sour milk seems a bit extreme.

I voted No, Yes I will accept the pay rise and all the new conditions attached to the deal, I voted against it because in the agreement there was quite a few things I was unsure about so that's why I voted NO. I not going to vote Yes to anything I'm unsure about. It is my right to vote against it, not everything is just about a pay rise!

Only if the present workload can be accommodated into the 38 Hour working week.

I did vote No. They vote went Yes. Tough Titty! That's Democracy. I also thought that the 55% percent turnout was pretty pathetic, FT made a good point about withholding your vote being an expression of your disagreement with both options. I wonder how many of those that didn't vote had that point in mind.... or were they really not bothered?

Things will be interesting in my DO over the next couple of weeks as we're having a Table Top Revision. Rumour has it there's been so many "Minor Adjustments" that we'll have to have a Resign.

The "Chosen Few" are already grumbling and preparing their excuses. Everyone else is looking at the Seniority List and cacking themselves in case someone wants "Their" duty. Happy Days.
