It's been asked before and no doubt will be again. Will the AVC section of the Pension Plan be closing soon or will we be able to continue with contributions ?
Will the Bonus Plan continue ?
Will Flexi Plan continue ?

If they do away with the LEL for section C members then the Bonus plan will stop. Flexi plan may continue. I'm waiting a little while for confirmation. If I'm not sure then I will be contacting pensions dept. myself, as I pay into both.

The original CB proposals from a few months ago stated that AVC’s would continue.
The latest proposals say that the LEL with remain for Section C for the transitional CB scheme from April 2018. The DBCB will be a new section of the RMPP, but there’s been no specific mention of AVC’s so far, as far as I know.
In my opinion that means there’s a decent chance they will continue for the time being.
What happens when/if the CDC scheme is implemented is any ones guess. But the proposals say the LEL will be done away with.
