to be fair many of us have been treated similarly which is why we dont go "the extra mile" unless its to our own benefit anymore.

Already on the app and nearly 2,200 so far. Don't know how to invite you to be friends. Trouble with sweat coins there is nothing worth getting at the moment.

Mail was so light today, lightest of the year, lots of gaps, very few packets, one door2door, Worktime learning was too long today though, fire hazards video. Me thinks tomorrow will be a shi* day, good job I am on rest day ;-).

Very light today, almost certainly the lightest workload bar last delivery before Xmas for 5+ years. Might be awful tomorrow, but Monday was very heavy for letters, so maybe just a typical pants Wednesday is in store.

The bastard in front of me collected 4 Special Deliveries in total for his van share whereas I had 9 for my HCT duty.
How is this fair?
Shouldn't we have some sort of SD supplement for those of us that do more of them?

I am clearly generating more income for the office. Why don't I get paid more?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

You do know that HCT duties should not be given more than 8 SD items per duty and no more of 3 of them can be for places considered potential "high value" addresses such as banks; jewellers; post office etc.?

If you can find me an agreement that actually states how many SD items an HCT can take I will take it up with the appropriate person at my DO.
Do foreign items count towards your total? Are they in any agreement?

I wouldn't know where to find the agreement in the downloads section, but ~7 years ago on a duty long forgotten now, someone on here pointed to it in a thread and it made a world of difference to that high street duty I was doing back then.

... Although given how the amount of time you can leave a locked HCT unattended was quietly increased from 2mins to 10mins since back then, it wouldn't surprise me if the limits on Specials (including the internationals) has been quietly adjusted too.
