Shares tax free

When the time comes in October for us to with draw our shares tax free , because of the volume of the workforce drawing out /selling their shares would it devalue the share price? any other companies had this happen?

I think it'll be negligible , 10% max was given to the staff. Shares already sold and people that'll still hold onto them come October , there would only be a small % up for sale compared to the big funds that trade 100,000 of shares at a time.
