Fondul Proprietatea drops lawsuit against Posta Romana

Posta Romana has announced Fondul Proprietatea has dropped the lawsuit against it which challenged the change of the last three members of the company’s administrative board, named according to the corporate governance legislation.

Posta Romana had won the first term of the lawsuit on November 23 at the Bucharest Tribunal, as it dismissed Fondul Proprietatea’s claims as unfounded.

On December 6, Posta Romana had another win when another court formation rejected the minority shareholder’s claims regarding the invalidation of the decision to dismiss three of the board’s members.
