Yesterday, two entire rounds didn't get delivered. No attempt made to cover or get people in or even split the rounds up. They just didn't go out.
Even 5 years ago it would be unthinkable to have two rounds not delivered at any time of the year least of all the week before Christmas. This company's f****d !

Well since the snow delay etc. Lots of walks have failed in our office, packets piling up and everyday managers not even bothered to clear them. They just tell us to clear the tracked and specials and leave what we cant do in the office. Well done RM for a whole year of planning again.

Our office is a shambles: tracks not getting attempted are scanned inaccessible, quite a few blanket postings in the last week so frames are rammed with several days mail. Know anywhere hiring?

Stressful with almost 4 full packet bags to deal with on a trolley. Had to double loop some loops delivering the packets before the letters. Not pushing the HCT all the way around.
Got finished 10 mins over time. Thought i was struggling but yorks of parcels left on the bank going no where. Seems they have seriously under estimated the traffic of parcels, cut back on resources etc.

Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
