Not exactly sure why this isn't going through, I keep getting "Records are required for at least 5 year(s) with a maximum of 0 day(s) between entries." if anyone could help me that would be appreciated!

You've got gaps between jobs. Fill in the gaps with something like 'between jobs' or unemployed so every day of the five years is accounted for.
