Hi All, I know when I was applying this really helped so here's my timeline from applying to start date.

19.8.17 applied online
20.8.17 completed online tests
31.8.17 invited to interview
6.9.17 attended interview
14.9.17 email to say passed interview and submitted 5 year employment history
20.9.17 submitted to pre employment checks and submitted Delane check
21.9.17 step 6 conditional offer and sent off digital photo
9.10.17 step 8 formal offer
26.10.17 received contract
30.10.17 welcome day
31.10.17 start day! Eek!

Great idea - others peoples timelines helped me get through the painful wait too - here's mine:

31/07/17 Advertisement appeared and I applied online
31/07/17 Completed the online assessments
09/08/17 Invited to interview
15/08/17 Attended interview
31/08/17 Received email advising interview successful, and submitted 5 year employment history via supplied link
06/09/17 Step 5 - request for DVLA checks received and submitted
11/09/17 Step 6 - conditional offer (email) received and sent off digital photo as requested
22/09/17 Step 8 - confirmation of successfully passing all checks and formal offer made, the email contained welcome day and start day dates
07/10/17 Received contract in the post
09/10/17 Welcome day
10/10/17 First day at the delivery office
