Hello all,

Please can you tell me if it's possible to change my 24 hours contract for more hours contract? I'm working for RM for 1 and 1/2 year and I'm really interested to have more hours, but because at this time we are aloud to do overtime only after finishing time (at that time I have to do school run) I can't increase my hours. Thank you.

You can't ask for more hours directly. But what you can do is apply for duties that have more hours that have been advertised. Keep an eye on your local Union and RM noticeboards.
