Zurich money4life new scheme !!

I received a letter from Zurich stating I have been enrolled into the above scheme they state this is my Retirement Account stating this is my new account on there Corporate Savings Platform I am currently in the RMDCP my membership number has been changed and new log in details provided
Has anybody else received this as asked my rep and said it was news to him if you have is everything status quo or what difference will it make to pension ?

It sounds as if they've just revamped their website. Is it different?

Got the same letter although haven't checked it out yet as they send you a password for new site separately and I haven't received it yet?!

I hope it is just a revamp but also cannot check as not received password yet But why with all the action being taken because of the change in pensions confuse the issue by doing this now and sending letters out of the blue stating we have been given new accounts etc or is that the plan to confuse people ??

ive just checked mine my account is showing up as zero, been in the plan 6 years?

Having tried to check mine today and not been able to fully access the site ive just rung them to be told their having issues.

Spent 10 minutes changing passwords creating new ones to be faced with a series of drop down boxes that wont drop down !

Back to square one informed try again later in week...

Why when you go to the site does it not have a banner saying " its not working " and save everybodies time

Same issue here, just rang Zurich and they say the scheme is being switched over to a new one and it wont be complete until sometime in November so until then no figures will actually show up on the new online account.
