Security checks??
I have passed my interview and progressed to the security checks phase. The email states that once the security checks have been processed, they will be in touch regarding a start date. Does this mean I’ve got the job, or can I be put on a waiting list? Thanks in advance

It depends on the outcome of the checks but yes you have probably got the job, they don't usually spend money on those going on to the waiting list.
Don't bet your house or car on it though as it can take ages to start.
