Cheers mate. Tough job as we've not had a rep for 6 years (small DO), our manager has been shafting us ever since but the IA has given a lot of us a kick up the arse and hopefully we'll see some changes from now on. Our manager had never had to deal with anyone cutting off in our office so it came as a bit of a surprise to him when 24 pouch bags came back one day (ok, 15 of them were mine). He's had it easy for too long, our office has been run by postman ever since he's been there and it's about time we started exercising some rights.
