Hi
So I am having a parcel delivered with an estimated delivery time of 24th of August, however it's now the 22nd and it seems its been in GBLALA without any updates since the 17th.
I checked the tracking details and it shows this:
2017-08-17 02:30 GBLALA, International shipment has arrived in a foreign country
2017-08-15 12:47 RICHMOND, BC, International item being forwarded to destination country
2017-08-14 21:42 RICHMOND, BC, Item processed
2017-08-13 00:00 Electronic information submitted by shipper
It is being sent by Canada Post, which I can track it on. When I check Royalmail it says the following, "from Canada
Latest update: Please try again.
The reference number you have entered may be incorrect. Please check and try again. Find out more about tracking reference numbers."
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, and is it weird there is no tracking information now it is in the UK?

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
It has now come onto the Royalmail tracking rather than the Canada Post.
It is showing this now:

I am assuming the PO BOX part is due to the item being held until customs has been paid for? However, I haven't received a card yet stating such. Do I have to wait for a card to arrive before I go to the sorting office (knowing I probably need to pay customs tax), or could I go to collect the parcel knowing it is in my local sorting office?

Looking at those timings I guess the card for Tax will be coming out today - the staff doing the printing also serve customers at the hatch. That will have all the details.
My advice is if it does go down today - Saturdays are very busy. Or if not pay on line and it'll be delivered early next week.
Some offices are open on Sundays for collecting parcels.
