Hair loss and Weight gain are 2 symptoms of stress...

They're obviously over worked and need an increase in annual leave and a pay rise to afford a holiday in that time!

We don't know how hard they have it

Our DOM was great he had done every job going postman,book room,nights,processing was firm but fair.
got sidelined and his replacement is a total joke tells everybody you need to go up a gear if you can't complete and tries all sorts of underhand stuff! Like trying to make you sign to say you will work all your hours all week if you cut off one day in the week when others are finishing 2 hours early every single day...

Has no local knowledge of the deliveries or any of the staff

Lives and breathes Royal Mails lies and can come across like a bully so obviously the perfect man for the job

I imagine most DOM's are definitely bold when it comes to arguments.

None of mine have went full bald - yet - but have had some serious thinning out of the good ol' barnet, since they have taken the reigns.

Find the Dom in our office strange, HE seems to flirt with a couple of the lads in our office.

Lad (20ish) good looking walks in, Dom "here he is the sexiest postie in the office"

Winks at him, Kidd you not.
Oh and another lad "hello sexy boy"
Don't know whether he treats them like this as they seem to do any overtime he asks them to do

Seriously, he's married with kids lol oh and fat and bald
