what to do?

Post by reedy-ni »

Hi,

I am just looking opinion on how I should proceed with my predicament.

I sent a parcel via RM to a business that ended up was closed on the day the delivery was made. I believe it was left with and signed for by a another business, which if so won't be able to deliver it to the correct place as they are closed for an unknown period of time...

Add to this, I have being here before. PF ended up delivering a parcel over a mile away to a random business and had no clue where when I spoke to them but I was thankfully able to trace the person who signed for it. This time not so lucky.

The issue I have is that I cannot get in contact with the business to confirm if maybe someone else was at the business to sign for it or not. It has nearly being a week. Other issue is I don't know if I should approach RM or just sit on my hands and hope things work themselves out?

Thank you. Opinions appreciated

How do you know the parcel has been left somewhere else other than the stated destination? Has the addressee received a card saying so?

Have you got a proof of posting receipt?
