I sent an parcel from Hong Kong to London.
When i track the parcel, it shows the below information...

According to the website, it said the parcel will be kept for 18 days. But now, it seems the parcel will be returned to Hong Kong. What does it mean? Does it mean that my delivering address is incorrect or cannot contact the receiver?

You are probably best to contact Royal Mail direct and they'll probably get an investigation going.
It's a very confusing scan history, in fact, I count 2 Delivered and 2 delivery attempted scans, some less than an hour apart. They don't make sense.
However, the only reason why items are returned to sender so quick is either the address is invalid or when it was delivered the item was refused.

I track the parcel. But there does not have any update since 21st June. Why ???

Two possibilities spring to mind:
It hasn't got a return address on it;
There is something inside which is banned from flying (at this end) or banned by Hong Kong's customs.
Either of those would result in a long time with no tracking and that last scan.
