Can sormeone please help? I have been waiting for a light fitting which I ordered through Amazon on 24th May, which has come from Germany and is tracked, tracking number JL367482170GB. The last place this item was in was the South West Regional Distribution Centre on 31st May 2017. I live in Prestwich, Manchester and this item was supposed to have been sent to Sandy Lane Post Office/Mace Store, 24 Sandy Lane, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 9RY. This has caused a lot of stress and upset, I have had to send the fitter doing my bathroom away as he could not hang on to fit this light. I have been going to Sandy Lane Post Office every few days but they are telling me the item has never been sent to them. If anyone can look into this for me I would be really grateful. Thanks.

Help needed please with missing item in South West Regional Distribution Centre
The tracking on that parcel is all the pre-receiving stuff for Royal Mail.

That indicates to me that Royal Mail have not yet received the item. I think you need to contact the sender.
