Hi, i just would like to know how comes i cant see anywhere my oarcel has been scanned? I paid £16 for a track and signed service and i cant see anything!

Did you go in Post Office and send it yourself or are you buying online?

Which service was used?

What tracking number are you looking at?

What website are you using to track it?

I am looking on the royal mail one. Is there another olace i should be looking?

I just used it and got this tracking:

15/06/17 00:29 ARRIVED (MDN) AT HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC
14/06/17 20:31 ON ITS WAY TOHEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC GREENFORD MAIL CENTRE
14/06/17 16:28 ITEM COLLECTED GREENFORD MAIL CENTRE
13/06/17 17:05 SENT AT POST OFFICE 1 Dellfield Para UB8 2EN

This says that you posted the item at 17:05 on Tuesday but missed the last collection (most urban Post Offices get their last visit by Royal Mail at about that time of day). It was collected during the day yesterday and reached Heathrow Worldwide DC just after midnight last night / this morning. Heathrow Worldwide DC is where it is checked then put on the plane.

I can't post snapshot but all mine say when I used your link "has arrived at our international main centre waiting for despatch overseas"

but I don't see point in spending £16 for a track and trace delivery I can't even see!

Using that link, have you clicked on the "Where has my item been?" icon? that will give you a break down on everywhere your item has been scanned. As the parcel has now gone international, the next update will only be to confirm delivery has taken place(and presumably a copy of the signature). Royal Mail has nothing to do with Polish mail, so unfortunately you won't be able to "live track" it as it goes through Poland to the recipient.
