DEATH IN SERVICE
y wife died in Jan 17 & listed me as her next of kin, now 3 months on I am still waiting for this payment. Pensions have insisted on listing all siblings & children & seem to be intent on delaying this payment. I sent all the forms to a solicitor & they are delaying him by constant demands for verification of details. Has anyone else had problems with getting this payment ?
