Just joined. Want to ask a question about the deal. Can anyone tell me of a single improvement to OPG terms and conditions in this agreement (excluding pay which has been settled for months)?

Imageyipyap.

I found 1 - Saturdays can revert back to earlier starts - not exactly earth shattering but it is a small concession. In balance with the rest of the offer though, its not worth it.

4 day weeks and 9 day fortnights to be introduced across the network.
