Each allocation of shares can be sold after 3 years of receiving them or after 5 years if you don't want to pay tax & NI.

Full timers have been given 4 different allocations:

15th October 2013 - 613
9th April 2014 - 116
5th October 2015 - 103
6th October 2016 - 81

The earliest you can sell all of your shares in one go would be in October 2019, or October 2021 if you don't want to pay any tax & NI on any of them.
