Surely RM has now got to start looking at the ridiculous situation regarding the numbers of managers and linos... I doubt there's any other industry has such a high proportion of managers to staff?

It's not 32% and it probably is worth paying for the people who sold.FellChair wrote:Yes, well worth paying the 32% in tax and NI. Nice 7.4p dividend on all 900+ shares coming in Jan too for those who didn't sell!ranger1 wrote:The share price has dropped astronomical...

Yes, regardless of what the exact % in tax and NI is, 68% of something now is a lot better than 100% of an 'if/but/maybe' in the futureSurreypostie wrote:It's not 32% and it probably is worth paying for the people who sold.FellChair wrote:Yes, well worth paying the 32% in tax and NI. for a lot of people, not everybody's circumstances are the same......but everyone should research what effect selling will have
on student loans etc. etc.

But many don't do any research and I know at least one who has sold ignorant of the fact that he wouldn't pay the tax and NI if he waited.yellowbelly wrote:Yes, regardless of what the exact % in tax and NI is, 68% of something now is a lot better than 100% of an 'if/but/maybe' in the futureSurreypostie wrote:It's not 32% and it probably is worth paying for the people who sold.FellChair wrote:Yes, well worth paying the 32% in tax and NI.
