Surely RM has now got to start looking at the ridiculous situation regarding the numbers of managers and linos... I doubt there's any other industry has such a high proportion of managers to staff?

Don't panic share price is irrelevant unless you sell.November 28th 2014 share price £4.17. November 13 2015 share price £4.44 shares go up and down .

Yes, regardless of what the exact % in tax and NI is, 68% of something now is a lot better than 100% of an 'if/but/maybe' in the future
for a lot of people, not everybody's circumstances are the same......but everyone should research what effect selling will have
on student loans etc. etc.

But many don't do any research and I know at least one who has sold ignorant of the fact that he wouldn't pay the tax and NI if he waited.
