SAYE BONUS

I've just had a look at my SAYE shares page and found something called bonus rate.
What is this? It says it is 0 at the minute.
Hope that the share price can stay around or above where it is now as we will all make a nice tidy risk free profit!

In saye schemes companies are limited to a max amout of bonus thry can give us under tax rules
On average companies hive away a free share for 2 saved. Royal mail have already declared a zero bonus on this saye.

Our rate is 0% so it doesn't affect us. In fact its set by the Government through legilsation and the initial scheme has to be for 5 years and even then its only 0.39%
